Please upload any maintenance problems here with as much detail as possible to help us resolve your matter more quickly. Adding photos can allow us to obtain quotes from contractors straight away, without the need for multiple visits.
We kindly ask that if you have reported an issue, you do not this duplicate this by emailing or calling to report it as well, as the online report is sufficient and will remain on our system. Please note that as the office receives a high volume of calls and emails every day but please be assured we will still be working on your problem as quickly as we can. To allow us time to do this, we would ask that you do not call or email the office for updates unless you have not heard from ourselves or one of our contractors after more than 3 working days.
